1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using StreetBites, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

StreetBites is a discovery platform that lists food trucks and their live locations, menus, and schedules. Each vendor manages their own listing, so location and availability information is provided by the vendors themselves and may change without notice.

3. Vendor accounts and subscriptions

Vendors create an account to manage their truck profile. A paid subscription is required for a truck to be listed publicly on the map. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and canceling stops future renewals at the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Customer use

StreetBites is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may browse trucks, save favorites, and receive location-based alerts. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape or resell its data.

5. Content and accuracy

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their truck information, menus, prices, and schedules. StreetBites does not prepare or verify the food, and makes no warranty about any vendor's products or services.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetBites is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from interactions with vendors.
